Blair Academy is a dynamic, co-educational boarding school located in Blairstown New Jersey where students in grades 9-12 pursue a superior college preparatory education.
We were connected with Blair Academy through a mutual colleague. After a warm introduction to Suzy, their Assistant Head of School for Strategic Communications, we got on a quick call to discuss needs and see if we got along.
Blair was in need of graphic design on a variety of projects, everything from large fundraising booklets to post card sized student hand outs. We went to tour the beautiful campus, met with Suzy and her team, and the Head of School (and his dog!) and soon found that we would be a great fit for what they needed.

Our Connection with Robert Ace Builders began through a referral from a trusted local agency. After an introductory meeting with Eric, their General Manager and Architect, Evan worked closely with the RAB team to understand their long term vision, current challenges, and growth goals. It quickly became clear that Robert Ace Builders was ready to elevate their brand and presence to match the quality of work they were already delivering.
Through our in-depth discovery process, we identified opportunities to refine their identity, unify their name, and create a scalable brand and website that could support their continued growth. From branding and web design to ongoing marketing support, this collaboration became a comprehensive transformation for Robert Ace Builders.

BRANDING
When we began working with Robert Ace Builders, one of the primary challenges was brand clarity. The company had been known by several variations of their name,including RKA Construction, RKA, and Robert. K. Ace Jr. Construction LLC. While their reputation was strong, this inconsistency made it difficult to clearly define and elevate their brand.
We led a full rebrand and renaming process, beginning with discovery and competitive research, followed by concept development and refinement. The goal was to create a bold, modern identity that stood out in the Pocono home building market while remaining clearly rooted in residential construction.
The final brand features a clean, elevated logo built around a simple home-shaped icon, with the letters R and A subtly integrated within the mark. Paired with a modern sans-serif typeface, the identity communicates precision, quality craftsmanship, and forward-thinking design which greatly aligns with Robert Ace Builders’ values and expertise.

In just over a month, Robert Ace Builders underwent a complete transformation. The client was thrilled with the final results, particularly the clarity of their new brand, the ease of navigating the website, and the professional polish across all marketing materials.
This project helped Robert Ace Builders take a clear step forward, positioning them for continued growth and allowing potential clients to easily understand their expertise, process, and capabilities.
